OUR GUARANTEES
All our products have a 2-year limited warranty against any defects related to our manufacturing or design. This includes coatings and raw materials, seams and fabric breaks as well as the batteries used. In addition, our mechanisms are warranted for 5 years against any manufacturing or design defects. Our motors and electrical components are warranted for 3 years against any manufacturing or design defects.
The year following your purchase
Within one year of purchase, we will assume all costs for parts, inspection and labor required to repair or replace the product. Thereafter, only parts will be our responsibility.
Residential use
These warranties apply only to residential use of our products. They do not cover normal wear and tear, shrinkage, pilling of materials, and misuse of the product. Damage caused by burns, cuts, scratches, exposure to the sun or other heat source, discoloration caused by scalp oils or hair dyes, and non-recommended cleaning processes are not covered by our warranties. Shipping costs
In applying these warranties, no transport costs will be borne. We reserve the right to repair the product or replace it with an identical or equivalent product, at our sole discretion.
Other conditions
Original proof of purchase is required for any claim. These warranties apply only if the product was purchased from an authorized seller. These warranties are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
